Are you a fluent Dutch and English speaker already living in Lisbon? We are urgently looking for a Back Office Customer Support Agent to join a leading multinational team.

In this role, you will step away from the phones and focus purely on back-office operations, case management, and providing support for connected services.

What you need to know:

• The Role: 100% Back Office & Case Management (Connected Services).
• Language: Fluent Dutch & English.
• Location: On-site in Lisbon (You must already be living here, no relocation support).
• Schedule: Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 22:00.
• Salary: 1,400.00 € gross/month + up to 100.00 € performance bonus.
